Development and Alumni Relations

The Division of Development and Alumni Relations connects the passions of Pacific alumni, supporters and friends with the aspirations of our students and faculty to ensure the university continues to make a meaningful difference in our communities and our world. Donors play an integral role in Pacific’s mission by supporting bright students, talented faculty, transformative learning experiences and ground-breaking research that benefits society and improves lives. Contributions of any kind make a meaningful difference for our students.

We invite you to explore the following opportunities to engage with Pacific, and please let us know how we can help you become a closer member of the Pacific family.

Make a Gift

Your gift powers every aspect of the university and helps make a Pacific education possible for all students.

happy students

Annual gifts to University of the Pacific go to work immediately, ensuring that a Pacific education remains cutting edge, with small class sizes, diverse perspectives and committed professors.

Your philanthropic giving supports Pacific Tigers and their commitment to excellence. Learn how you can support our student-athletes so they can thrive on and off the courts.

Our office helps corporations and foundations navigate the university and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Pacific’s digital crowdfunding platform lets alumni, students, clubs, schools and programs secure funding for transformative projects.

Our Office of Estate and Gift Planning can help you determine the most tax efficient and flexible strategy for you and your family to provide a future gift to University of the Pacific.

Many companies match their employee's monetary gifts to nonprofit organizations, such as Pacific. Use our Matching Gift Company Directory tool to see if your company participates.

Stay connected to Pacific and your classmates through our vast alumni network, club events, reunions and more.

The Powell Match program will match new endowment gifts up to 1:1 with more than $60 million allocated for endowed scholarship matches and $25 million for endowed academic program matches. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to double your gift while matching funds remain.

OUR RECOGNITION SOCIETIES

Our recognition societies honor generous and dedicated alumni, families, and friends for their commitment to Pacific students. Donors are honored during Homecoming with special ribbons and buttons to proudly showcase their membership. The support of recognition society members will impact our Tiger family for years to come.

PACIFIC LOYAL

Pacific Loyal celebrates donors who give in two or more consecutive fiscal years. Loyal donors receive special recognition throughout the year and are honored when they reach 2, 5, 10, 25, and 50-year giving milestones.
